Once upon a time there was a little girl who loved to dance and wanted to make her very own show!
These dance workshops run by Waggle Dance Co form part of their research & development sessions with Home Educators for Fairytale Salad, a new children’s dance show.
Waggle Dance Co are excited to share their ideas in a family-friendly Creative Dance session at artsdepot. With a fun dance routine to learn, the workshop focuses on the function of fairytales: “Propps Cards”, an original musical score, Heroes, Villains, Squirrels, Gnomes and a magical wish-granting fish!
This project is currently funded by Arts Council England. Over two days the company will co-create at artsdepot with Home Educators and next month will work with the Forest School community.
