We're looking for casual Visitor Services Assistants to join our team.
Working as Visitor Services Assistant you will be our patrons’ first point of contact. Visitor Services Assistants deliver excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant and safe visitor experience. This role primarily involves ushering duties – helping to prepare theatres and spaces for performances and events, checking audience tickets and enabling the smooth movement in and out of the theatres, you will play a key role in making our events run successfully.
The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and be self-confident enough to represent artsdepot to a wide range of customers. You should also have excellent customer service skills, the ability to deal effectively and with empathy with all users of artsdepot, and have good time management.
The role involves working on a 7-day rota including daytimes, evenings, weekends and some public holidays.
