Step and Sweat is a ballroom inspired fitness/dance class created by one of Strictly Come Dancing's choreographers Patrick Raja-Helm.
Dance yourself into a healthier self in safe, non-judgmental environment. No previous dance experience or partner needed.
Learn the basic steps of several different dances including the Jive, Salsa, Charleston and Waltz!
If you don’t get inspired in the gym anymore, try out Step and Sweat.
