A fun Post-Natal Pilates class for new mums.
Take some time for yourself to strengthen and stretch your body with exercises that will help post-natal recovery. Babies can play beside you or sleep in their buggy whilst you exercise. Feed or change your baby any time during the class
This class will help to:
- Strengthen your pelvic floor
- Heal diastasis recti (abdominal separation)
- Tone and stretch your body
- Correct post-pregnancy muscle imbalances
Mums – All levels welcome, but you must have had your six week postnatal check to join (12 weeks for C-Section) Babies – 2-10 months (or older non crawlers).
Class is taught by experienced Pilates instructor Julia Scodie. Advance booking only due to limited spaces.
