Join us for a revitalising experience in the women’s group, where the focus will be on breathing and gentle movement activities.
This all-female class offers a unique opportunity to engage in rejuvenating activities that promote overall well-being. Through gentle breathing exercises and movement practices, you’ll learn techniques to enhance relaxation, reduce stress, and improve physical flexibility.
