BeWell Family Dance Festival: Art & Movement for Under 5s

This joyful workshop blends creative movement with messy art‑making for young children and their grown‑ups, with older siblings welcome.

Together you’ll explore colours, textures and imagination through dance, paint and playful props. You’ll stretch and dance your way through shapes and patterns, then use brushes, sponges and hands to create colourful artwork inspired by your movements. It’s a wonderful opportunity for children to express themselves, develop fine motor skills and create lasting memories with their adults.

We provide all materials; just wear clothes you don’t mind getting messy and come ready to have fun.
