Following the incredible success of Dance Barnet 2024, we’re thrilled to announce that this inspiring event is returning in 2026!
Last year, ten talented disabled participants lit up the stage, each paired with a professional dancer, in a dazzling, Strictly-inspired competition judged by a panel of high profile figures.
The event was the grand finale of a borough-wide initiative led by Step Change Studios, in partnership with the London Borough of Barnet, dedicated to making dance accessible to all. Over 100 disabled individuals—aged 11 to 101—took part in free workshops and auditions, celebrating creativity, movement, and inclusion.
