Will Armstrong and Daniel Lipton are a double act who make work that aims to make you heave with both laughter and terror.
They are mutually inspired by off-kilter comedy, uncanny and unconventional horror and twisty storytelling. Will’s background in cabaret and theatre-making and Daniel’s filmmaking expertise blend to create live shows which blend forms and genres.
The show they are developing during their residency stems from the sensationalism of haunted objects, tied in thematically with the exploitation of cultural history and their own relationship to their heritage (Daniel is Jewish, Will loves pork). Something that starts as a TED talk and quickly descends into something far murkier.
This residency is supported in collaboration with Tsitsit Fringe Festival.
