This versatile space is ideal for workshops, meetings, rehearsals and intimate performances.
Floor to ceiling windows leading to an outdoor balcony give the room a light airy feeling. The room also benefits from bi-fold doors offering the flexibility of one large space or two smaller areas ideal for workshops, meetings, rehearsals, breakout sessions or mid-scale parties.
Additionally the room can achieve 90% blackout for small scale and intimate performances and photo shoots. A sound system and upright piano are available in the space.
Please note, the Creation Space doesn’t have a sprung floor. It offers a black harlequin dance surface over a concrete and resin base which may not be suitable for high impact activities.

Hire fees
- Full Rate: £45 +VAT per hour or £340 + VAT for a full 8-hour day
- Charity Rate: £35 +VAT per hour or £260 + VAT for a full 8-hour day
- For small scale public performances there is a flat fee of £50 +VAT to manage box office and tickets for you rather than taking our standard ticket commission.
- Visitor Services Assistants – £18 + VAT per hour per VSA, with a minimum 2 hour call
