Join Barnet Youth Brass Band outside artsdepot for some festive music and cheer.
Barnet Education Arts Trust’s Barnet Youth Brass Band is made up of talented young brass players and percussionists from across North London. Directed by Peter Yarde Martin, the band plays an ambitious mixture of original brass band repertoire and classical, popular and jazz music to a high standard. The band is open to students up to the age of 21 who have reached a level of Grade 4 or above.
The band play for several concerts per year at a variety of venues, including recent performances at StoneX Stadium, artsdepot, the RAF Museum, St. John’s Smith Square and the National Youth Brass Band Championships. They also undertake regular tours, most recently to France and Germany.
