BeWell Family Dance Festival: Groove Together – Family Dance and Movement

Inspired by the much‑loved artsdepot classes, Groove Together mixes gentle stretching, creative movement and simple choreography to encourage bonding and joy.

Designed for parents, carers and children under 5 (with older siblings welcome), this session helps families connect, stay active and express themselves through dance.

The class is led by the same teacher who runs our regular artsdepot sessions, so if you’ve joined before, you’ll feel right at home. Wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle and be ready to dance, laugh and learn together. No dance experience is needed just a positive attitude and a love of moving with your child.
