NT Connections Festival 2020 – Day 3
by Andrew Muir | presented by JCoss Theatre Company
A world without adult supervision? Nine young people decide to throw away what they know and make new rules for a better world. They have rituals, they have rules, together they are a tribe, they have faith in themselves… and nothing and no one else.
They are the future, unless the real world catches up with them and then all they can hope for is that they don't crash and burn like the adults they ran away from in the first place.
The Changing Room
by Chris Bush | presented by Bishop Ramsey
A lyrical piece about existing on the cusp of growing up.
Are we teenagers? Are we children? What are we? It's about bodies in flux and perspectives shifting; knowing change is coming but not what that change will look like.
Set in and around a swimming pool, The Changing Room follows a group of teens full of excitement, impatience and uncertainty, each with their own secret worries and desires for what comes next.
