This Yoga class is designed on Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga systems – the blend of which is designed to keep you flexible and strong. The sessions incorporate yoga postures and sequences, breathing, meditation and relaxation.
All levels welcome.
Yogi Rakhee is an experienced and full time yoga instructor teaching people Classic and Hip Hop Yoga across London. She currently teaches public classes in London and at companies including Nike.
