Kids Yoga with Tulika
I use a lot of music and fun games to teach children yoga and mindfulness and to help them improve flexibility, strength, concentration and deal with stress.
In a typical class we will learn five to six yoga poses and practice them a few times using various songs. We will also spend time learning breathing techniques in each class.
In a very fun and interactive way, this class will provide your child with physical and mental health life skills.
