Kids Yoga with Tulika
Tulika uses a lot of music and fun games to teach children yoga and mindfulness and to help them improve flexibility, strength, concentration and deal with stress.
In a typical class children will learn five to six yoga poses and practice them a few times using various songs. They will also spend time learning breathing techniques in each class.
In a very fun and interactive way, this class will provide your child with physical and mental health life skills.
Autumn Term: Sat 8 Sep - Sat 8 Dec (no class on Sat 20 & 27 Oct)
