ARTiculate: Arts For You Exhibition
The ARTiculate programme’s ‘Arts For You’ exhibition is a celebration of art created by young people at Community Focus inclusive arts centre and students from Oak Lodge school and Barnet and Southgate college LLDD centre.
Throughout the year these young artists have taken part in one of five projects and explored themes in response to the pandemic; hope, gains and losses, meaningful spaces and what freedom post lockdown means to them. Innovative and exciting artwork has been produced using a variety of art forms including mixed media, photography, puppetry, drama, model making and textile printing.
The ARTiculate programme at Community Focus aims to enhance the positive mental health and wellbeing of young people (16 - 25 year olds) with additional needs through expressive arts and wellbeing projects.
