Artist Development Workshop: Projection Mapping

Are you interested in using video projection in your theatre, art or events but don't know where to start? Or do you have some experience but want more hands-on techniques? Join artsdepot Residency Alumni Edalia Day as they walk you through their process from idea through to creation and performance, as seen in their shows. You will get the low down on the software & hardware options available and advice on how to achieve your projection ambitions.
Suitable for Theatre makers, designers, technicians, visual artists, event managers, and anyone interested in projection. No experience necessary.
Edalia is a trans/non-binary theatre maker, animator, spoken word artist. They trained at Lecoq and ALRA and their current shows include Super Hamlet 64, about videogames and Shakespeare, and Too Pretty To Punch, about gender in the media.
A member of the artsdepot Programming Team will also be present to answer questions about how we programme work and how we support artists through our residency programme. Any questions about access or the event can be sent to email@example.com
This workshop has been offered free to our Residency alumni, and at a subsidised rate of £10 for all other interested artists.
