Are You Living Well or Living Right?
Speaker: Mike George
Perhaps it’s only when we realise the difference between Living Well and Living Right that we can start living. “I must live right” tends to encourage a self-created pressure and the obvious anxiety, “Am I doing it right?”; whereas the aspiration to live well allows for the natural cultivation of attitudes of benevolence and loving acceptance. This, they say, is what diminishes our unhappiness and releases us from our continued sorrows, suffering and stress.
Mike will explore:
- The difference between living well and living right
- Which one is the more effective and appropriate to your life?
- How to know which way you are living?
- How to align the two
