Artist Workshop: Forming a Theatre Company
Led by Sam Edmunds and Vikesh Godhwani, Co-Artistic Directors of Chalk Line Theatre.
This workshop is for anyone thinking about forming their own theatre company and looking for advice on where to start. It is also for anyone who wants to explore whether creating a company for their work is the right step to take. It will give an insight into the logistics of running a company and what this entails as a business.
Join in for a relaxed talk in which Sam and Vikesh will share first-hand experiences of running a theatre company over the last four years. It is a chance to ask any questions or discuss concerns you have surrounding this topic. This workshop will also be useful for solo artists who would like further information into how to run a production company.
Venue: wherever you like! (join online)
