Kickboxing training is one of the best methods for all round body conditioning. So whether you want to get fitter, stronger, lose weight, toned or a combination of the above, we tick all the boxes.

Classes are non-contact so no need to worry about getting hurt. All you need to bring is yourself in a t-shirt, jogging bottoms, trainers and a bottle of water. We provide the rest and lots of fun.

Classes are conducted by a Black Belt instructor.
