artsdepot Creative Explorers
Come along and enjoy creative play with your child and share the journey with other parents, grandparents and carers.
Led by experienced practitioner Hannah Akhalu, sessions will include storytelling, singing, creative, messy and sensory play. These sessions are designed for your little one to explore, play and grow.
Venue: Art Space
Our priority is to keep our visitors, staff and artists safe. We have kept the following procedures in place, following the lifting of restrictions in July:
We are asking everyone visiting artsdepot to continue wearing a face mask (apart from when seated at a table eating or drinking), including inside the theatres and other spaces. Staff will continue to wear face masks too. Children under 11 and those who are medically except are not required to wear face masks.
Test & Trace
So that we can continue to support efforts to reduce the rate of new infections we are asking all visitors to continue scanning the NHS QR code using the NHS Covid-19 App, even if you are just popping in for a coffee. Posters with the QR code on can be found on the ground floor and throughout the building. Alternatively you can give your details at the Box Office. Your information will only be held for 21 days and won’t be shared with anyone apart from NHS Test & Trace, if required.
We are operating our theatres and spaces at their normal capacities. We ask all customers to be aware of each other's personal space, and maintain social distancing when queueing or moving around the building.
Enhanced Cleaning Procedures
Cleaning and disinfecting continute to take place frequently throughout the building, paying particular attention to touch points. Protective screens remain in place at the Box Office and café.
There are touch-free sanitiser points available throughout the building. Please use these during your visit.
Contactless Payments & Tickets
Please use contactless and card payments at the Box Office and café.
We will continue to use contactless tickets for all events. On the day of the performance or event, you’ll receive a text message with a link to your tickets. Please make sure you give us a mobile number when booking.
We’ll be reviewing these measures regularly and updating when necessary. Thank you for observing our procedures and helping to keep everybody safe and sound. If you have any comments, please email email@example.com
