Terms & Conditions
- Tickets can be reserved over the counter or by calling the Box Office directly on 0208 369 5454. Bookings cannot be made online.
- There are limited numbers of tickets available under this scheme. These are allocated on a first come first served basis.
- You can select your seat from those available at the time of booking.
- You can claim up to two free tickets per season.
- Please note that age restrictions apply to some performances.
- Ticket Collection: Tickets must be collected from the Box Office at least half an hour before the show starts. Tickets not collected at this point may be released for sale. Each person in your group claiming a ticket under this scheme will need to be present to collect their ticket. We will not be able to give your tickets to someone else (even if you have given them your ID).
- Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash value.
- Usual artsdepot terms and conditions apply.
- artsdepot may contact you in the future about forthcoming events.
- artsdepot will endeavour to make tickets available for all public performances, however some hirers choose to sell their own tickets, these will not be included in this scheme. Our courses and classes are also not included.
