How to claim your tickets

To claim your tickets simply select the show from the list of qualifying events, then call the artsdepot box office
on 0208 369 5454 to make your booking.

We will ask you for the following information over the phone: Name, Address, Postcode, Telephone Number and/or Email Address, Date of Birth.
If you are booking tickets for someone else under the scheme you will need to have their information to hand.
The tickets will be held on box office for you to collect. They will only be available for collection on the day of the performance.
You must collect your tickets at least half an hour before the show starts, otherwise they may be resold.
When you come to pick up your tickets, you will need to show ID to prove you are under 26. We will accept your: passport, driving licence, birth certificate, or young persons railcard. Please bring the originals, we cannot accept photocopies.
You must present your own ID at Box Office. We cannot release tickets to someone else, even if you have given them your ID and asked then to collect your tickets.
To qualify for the scheme you must be aged 25 or under.
